Here, you will gain a solid understanding of what it means for us mammalian divers to be in water. You will gain confidence through knowledge of the deep and dive deeper still into your own mind, discovering, uncovering more of who you are by exploring the your mind, your ego, your limits.

You will connect with like minded, curious deep seekers and have the chance to share this knowledge and frequency within community.

There will be gifted take home exercises to continue to deepen your awareness of self in water, and an opportunity to dive in deeper and step up again with #2 Doorway to the Deep.

#2 Doorway to the Deep

Ready now to take the plunge and open the doorway to the deep, we will master our techniques that will enable us to gracefully enter the depths and stay there comfortably for as long as our mammalian bodies allows.

An emphasis on safety whilst freediving, You will be taken through an in depth theory of the effects of the deep on the body and how to work with these elements through equalisation techniques and safety practices.

Confindence building, the ‘Doorway to the Deep’ will be your sold foundation dive with superb technique and fluid flow as all the elements are harnessed with the body.

Whilst getting to practice all of these techniques with the Leopard Sharks
